On-site pre-burial installationIn February 2025, the staff of the overall department conducted on-site guidance for the pre-installation work of the Maoming S-band dual-polarization weather radar at the Shilongshan radar station in Maoming. He provided a detailed explanation to the on-site personnel about the system composition of the radar, the requirements for the civil engineering design interface, and the key points for construction. He also provided on-site guidance throughout the process for the pre-burialinstallation of the radar, ensuring the smooth installation of the subsequent radar.Figure 1 On-site pre-installation of the Maoming radarNew type lightning protection test plan on-site guidanceThe Maoming radar adopts a new lightning protection scheme. To ensure the smooth implementation of the scheme, the engineering department staff provided on-site guidance to ensure that the pre-buried positions of the lightning protection grounding points were correct. Participated in the on-site seminar, provided detailed explanations on lightning protection-related matters, and determined the final implementation plan. Successfully ensured the construction of the lightning protection scheme for the Maoming radar, and it is now operating  stably.Figure 2: On-site photos of the tower and post-installation images

Site selection From May to December 2024, the overall department assisted the Shenzhen Meteorological Bureau in conducting on-site investigations of the Lu Feng 13-2, Lu Feng 151 and Lu Feng 7-2 oil platforms. Considering factors such as construction land, observation environment, power supply, network, lightning protection, and flood prevention requirements, they provided sufficient theoretical basis and technical support for the selection of the station site for the marine radar project. They also elaborated on this in the "Ocean Meteorological Observation Capacity Enhancement Project", and ultimately helped the Shenzhen Meteorological Bureau select the Lu Feng 13-2 platform as the station site for the weather radar.Figure 1 On-site survey of an offshore oil platformQuality AssuranceDuring the period from 2024 to 2025, in response to the harsh working environment of high temperature, high humidity and high salt spray at sea, structural improvements and special processing requirements were made to the tower section. We also went to the front line to provide relevant technical guidance. During the later installation process, we went to the site to solve the problems encountered during the on-site installation, conducted a second check on potential issues, and ensured that the overall installation error remained within the allowable range. After the installation was completed, we provided a second-level guarantee service for the three-proofing of the tower. The installation of the Dafeng project was completed with high quality within the delivery time frame.Figure 2: On-site photos of the tower and post-installation images

1 介绍新一代天气雷达业务软件ROSE（Radar Operational Software Engineering的缩写）系统，目前已经发布3.0版本，并在全国260多部新一代天气雷达台站上全面业务应用。ROSE3.0系统的RPG在安装后需要注册，如果不注册，只有15天的试用期，在试用期满后系统将不能正常处理基数据，生成气象产品。因此，安装软件后请注意检查并及时注册，以避免因未注册引起的数据处理中断问题。 2 注册方法1、打开RPG软件界面，在“帮助”菜单栏中点击“注册”，获取序列号，如下图所示，序列号为RPG2-F803857D882、通过QQ/微信技术群，联系公司技术人员获取注册号，或者直接拨打电话010-62988688-8112获取注册号。3、获取注册号以后，输入注册号，点击“应用”，会出现后续弹窗，点击“是”，等待重启RPG完成。 3 注册结果检查当软件界面左上角显示为“专业版”时，表示注册成功。如下图所示。注意：ROSE3.0版本只需注册RPG软件，PUP不需要注册。旧版本如ROSE2.1以前，PUP软件也需要注册，注册方法类似。本如ROSE2.1以前，PUP软件也需要注册，注册方法类似

2024年4月29日，河北省气象技术装备中心与省信息工程学校联合举办2024年新型观测设备——测风激光雷达系统专题培训。本次培训我司派出两位资深工程师任晓东和殷晓华担任主讲，面向各气象台站业务人员，系统讲解了测风激光雷达的基本原理、维护维修、软件及设备应用等内容。本次培训旨在落实《综合气象观测业务发展“十四五”规划》相关要求，提升业务人员对新设备的操作和保障能力，适应气象新技术发展需要，切实保障观测数据质量，推动业务应用深化，为河北气象高质量发展奠定坚实基础。
