To thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and further consolidate and deepen the learning and educational achievements of Party history, Party discipline, and the spirit of the Central Eight-Point Regulations, on August 28th, the Radar Operation and Control Room of the Meteorological Observation Center of the China Meteorological Administration, the Engineering Technology Research and Development Center of Huayun Group, and Minshida Company jointly carried out a Party branch joint learning and building activity titled "Joint Learning and Mutual Appreciation to Aggregate Strength, Joint Construction and Sharing to Promote Improvement". Through on-site observation, collective learning, and exchange and discussion, the activity further strengthened the Party spirit cultivation of Party members and fostered a joint force for high-quality development.
Subsequently, the participants actively spoke on the theme of deepening the integration of party building and business, focusing on the progress and existing issues in cooperation areas such as low-altitude economy, satellite-ground data integration, collaborative observation with existing equipment, expansion of newly developed technologies, and service guarantee for major weather activities. They exchanged technical resources, communicated business needs, and coordinated to promote further exchanges and cooperation.
The participants also visited the integration and debugging hall, GNSS/MET R&D laboratory, LiDAR R&D laboratory, and key open laboratory of intelligent meteorological observation technology of Minshida Company, to learn about the latest research and development progress and achievements of meteorological radar and software systems.
The joint learning and building activity of the Party branch achieved the dual goals of ideological tempering and work improvement. All Party members further consolidated the foundation of faith, supplemented the spiritual calcium, strengthened the ideological consciousness of work style construction, and reached a consensus on leading the innovative development of meteorological undertakings through Party building. In the next step, the third Party branch will continue to deepen the "three links to promote three actions" working mechanism, achieve dual driving of Party organization construction and business development, and strive to lead and promote the modernization of meteorological science and technology capabilities and social services through high-quality Party building.
